Post-Harvest Processing Methods

There are a lot of determining factors that go into why a coffee tastes a certain way, but it’s commonly believed that post-harvest processing can have a very big impact on the characteristics of a coffee.   
While each country and region may do things that are specific for that area, there are several processing methods generally recognized by the coffee industry.
