We are proudly USDA Organic Certified by OEFFA, and have a wide variety of beans all the way from fruity light roasts to bold darks. We roast in small batches and only to order, so you can be sure every package is as fresh as possible. Getting new coffees from different farms into our rotation is common, so if you like to mix it up you can!

ROASTERY
At our annex roastery in Kent we roast for our wholesale partners and grocery store connections, in addition to supporting the cafe bean supply on busier days, and storing large green coffee bean shipments. We follow the OEFFA Organic Certification guidelines at both the Cafe and Roastery spaces so you can be sure that your beans were not only grown and processed by organic farms, but roasted and packaged organically as well!
With staff specifically dedicated to roasting and quality control, we are constantly striving to maintain consistency yet improve from batch to batch. Cupping, the professional tasting method for coffee, happens weekly so we can stay on top of our roasting profiles and variation between harvests.
After the roasting part is over, we can mix different single-origin beans to create unique flavor profiles and even some custom co-branded blends. Our staff will grind to match your preferred brewing method upon request, and nitro-flush your order before sealing to retain ultimate freshness.
